most people who know me well know that i bite my top lip. Mostly in my sleep i believe as i’ve never caught myself doing it, but now it’s gone to a whole new level because i’ve actually sliced the inside of my gum close to the lip which takes a lot longer to heal and as every night i bite the same place it’s just not going away.
